HOW DO YOU CONTACT THE STUDENT TO DELIVER THE GIFT?

We will reach out to students via text message prior to the delivery date. You will provide your student's contact information during the checkout process. We will do our best to work around their schedule and ensure that the meet-up spot is convenient to their dorm or apartment. We never go inside the residence halls or apartment complexes to make deliveries.  We never leave a package at a residence hall door or apartment door. We will always deliver directly to your students and personally ensure they receive their special gift from home!

HOW WILL I KNOW MY STUDENT RECEIVES THEIR GIFT?

You will receive an email confirming when your student receives their College Cube.  If your student agrees to a photograph, we will send you a picture of your student receiving their gift!

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER?

It’s never too early to book a birthday delivery! We would love as much notice as possible for all deliveries! We can usually fulfill orders within 2-3 days notice, and sometimes even in 24 hours. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday and not on weekends.

WHAT IF MY STUDENT HAS A SPECIAL DIET/ALLERGIES?

Please reach out to us at info@collegecubesdc.com if your student has any food allergies or a special diet and we will do our best to accommodate. We can collaborate on what items to include in their cube.

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR DELIVERY?

No! All of our prices include hand-delivery directly to your student by one of our local moms! We will also send you an email with a picture of your student receiving their care package!

That’s the beauty of a hand-delivered College Cube.  Because we always hand-deliver, you will not be charged shipping.  The price of the cube includes delivery.

CAN YOU SHIP MY COLLEGE CUBE?

Send us an email and we can make that happen. There will be an additional charge for shipping.
